General inquiry

Say what's actually going on.

Specific notes get specific replies. Tell us who you are, what you're working on, and what you'd like from us — and we'll do our best to be useful.

  • We read every message that comes through.
  • We answer the ones we can actually help with.
  • We don't auto-respond, drip-campaign, or upsell you.
  • If we can't help, we'll often suggest who can.

Things people ask before they email.

The questions that come in often enough to be worth answering up front.

i.

How do I get started with Margo OS?

It's live — create your workspace at os.margolabs.com and you're running. Founding subscribers lock in launch pricing for 12 months. Plans and what's inside are on the Margo OS page.

ii.

Is Perfect Pixel buyable yet?

Not yet — it's in active development with a 2026 ship target. The waitlist is open. Joining it gets you first access at launch and a say in what gets built first.

iii.

Do you take fractional CMO clients?

Selectively. Paige takes on a small number of fractional and advisory engagements per year — only when the fit is real on both sides. Email paige@margolabs.com directly with what you're working on.

iv.

Are you hiring?

Margo Labs is intentionally small. We're not currently hiring full-time, but we work with selectively engaged collaborators on specific projects. If you're an exceptional designer, engineer, or operator and you've used the products, we'd love to hear from you — drop a note via the form above.

v.

Will you give me individual advice over email?

Honest answer — usually no. Paige writes about most of what people ask for free at foundingmargo.substack.com, and works through specific situations one-on-one inside paid engagements. Subscribing is the highest-leverage way to learn from her work.

vi.

How fast do you respond?

Within a week for most things. Faster if the path is clear. Slower if you're asking us to think hard before answering — we'd rather be useful than fast.
